Mission Statement:
To serve others with Love, Compassion and Empathy

Yoga is a path of Self Discovery.
Self with a capital S…Self, the divine presence
within everyone that unites
us with each other and with God.

Yoga means to unite, to yoke together.
Through the practice of Yoga, we allow
the divine presence to come into our awareness,
freeing us from illusion, and
moving us toward healing on all levels of our being…
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Yoga provides deep healing, beyond just physical benefits.  We are human and beings, multifaceted, multidimensional, with bodies, minds and spirits.  Therefore, deep healing requires quiet time to look within and explore our true Loving nature. It requires activities that stretch, strengthen and nourish the body.  And it requires mindful attention to our breath, our thoughts and our actions.

Pam’s personal experience with cancer, her deep and abiding faith, and her long-time practice of Yoga and a variety of other healing practices,  aid in her healing process and give her the wisdom to assist others in their healing.
